Abstract Objective To improve the diagnosis rate,of thus avoid uterine bleeding caused by the unessary uterine operations . Method Report a specific case in Peking Union hospital, and citerture review. Results The detection like B-ultrasond and MRI can almost diagnose the cervical pregnancy, and the cases misdiagonsed always have longer uterine bleeding suffering. Conclusions A clear diagnosis through some imaging examinations such as B-ultrasonad and MRI ,and then some clinical ways like UAE can improve the prognosis of the cervical pregnancy.
