Abstract【Abstract】 objectives To investigate the expression of oPN in tissue and semm of cenrical carcinomas, and the relationship with neoadjuvant chemotherapy sensitivity of cervical carcinoma.Methods Real一time quantitative I℃verse transcription—polymerase chain reaction(QRT—PCR)method was perfo瑚ed to detect the expression 0f OPN mRNA in28 cases of cenrical nornlal patients and 49 cases of cervical carcinoma patients, including 20cases of neoadjuvant chemothempy patients.At the s枷e time, using ELISA method to detect the expression of 0PN in semm of cervical carcinoma.Results The positive expression of OPN in tissue and serum of cervical c蛐cers was significantly higher than in the no珊al patients,The expression levels of 0PN in cervical cancer tissue and semm were significantly decreased血er neoadjuvaJlt chemotherapy(P<0.05).Conclusion The overexpression of OPN may be linked to the genesis and development of cervical carcinoma,and was si印ificanny aLssociated with neoadjuvant chemotherapy chemosensitivity of cervical carcinoma.
