Abstract

Childhood obesity has become a major public health challenge. The harm of obesity to children's health is reflected in their metabolism and cardiovascular system, affecting respiratory system health. This review will explore the association mechanism between childhood obesity and respiratory system diseases from the perspectives of epidemiological characteristics and pathogenesis, providing scientific basis for clinical practice and public health policies, and promoting early prevention and effective management.
