Abstract
The growth and development of premature infants is an important research topic of pediatrics, this special group of newborns needs specialized nutritional interventions to achieve appropriate compensatory growth after discharge，the establishment of an individualized nutrition management system is extremelyimportant for the healthy growth of them. At present, individualized nutrition management of premature
infants after discharge faces difficulties in nutritional assessment, lack of resources, lack of family knowledge and a dearth of long-term follow-up and assessment. In recent years, both domestically and internationally, the “Internet+” intervention model has been increasingly applied in the community management of preterm infants, and many hospitals have begun to follow up and treat premature infants after discharge through various forms including network communication software, mobile medical APP, and telemedicine technology. This review systematically summarizes the research progress in recent years in the individualized nutritional management of premature infants after discharge based on the "Internet+" intervention model, and analyze its advantages and challenges in practical application.
