摘要 

泌尿系结石是我国南方地区的常见病及多发症,特别是上尿路结石,目前已占泌尿系结石患者的80%以上[1]。逆行输尿管镜取石术是目前治疗输尿管结石常用的微创手术方式,与开放手术相比优势明显,具有创伤小、并发症少及术后恢复时间短等优点。然而,逆行输尿管镜取石术后仍存在感染性并发症发生的风险。全身炎症反应综合征(SIRS)是逆行输尿管镜取石术常见的不可控的全身炎症反应状态,严重的可导致脓毒症及多器官功能障碍综合征(MODS)。有统计数据表明,逆行输尿管镜取石术发热发生率为5.0%~10.7%,其中脓毒症比例高达1.0%~3.6%,甚至高于经皮肾镜取石术后的发生率,而脓毒症所致病死率高达20%~40%[2,3]。SIRS还可引发多器官的功能衰竭,不仅严重影响手术治疗的效果,更威胁着患者

的生命安全。深入认识逆行输尿管镜取石术过程中,SIRS发生的危险因素对SIRS的预防和治疗具有重要意义。
