围绝经期管理的现状和发展

摘要 绝经对女性健康影响重大。一方面，绝经过程中伴发的相关症状会明显影响妇女的生活质量；另一方面，由于卵巢功能衰退，性激素缺乏，在围绝经期萌芽的退化性疾病，如骨质疏松和心脑血管疾病等，会影响妇女老年阶段的生命健康。中国社会正日趋老龄化，随着平均寿命的延长，女性一生约有1/3的时间在绝经后度过。我国目前约有2亿以上的绝经女性，人群庞大，人口老龄化和某些危险因素上升，相关的慢性疾病严重威胁人类健康。因此，绝经相关的问题越来越受到重视。
