经颅微电流刺激仪治疗儿童 多发性抽动障碍的研究

摘要 【摘要】 目的 探讨经颅微电流刺激疗法（cranial electrotherapy stimulation，CES）治疗儿童多发性抽动障碍的疗效。方法 将门诊确诊为儿童多发性抽动障碍的45 例患儿进行自身治疗前后的对 照，以耶鲁综合抽动严重程度量表(Yale Global Tie Severityb Scale, YGTSS)、焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale，SAS)、抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale，SDS) 进行治疗前后的评估。结果 YGTSS 量表评定，运动抽动临床总有效率为91%，发声抽动临床总有效率为88%，治疗前后评分比 较差异有显著性（P＜ 0.05）；使用CES 前后SAS、SDS 量表评分比较，两者差异均有显著性（P＜ 0.05）。 结论 CES 治疗儿童多发性抽动障碍伴抑郁情绪和焦虑情绪障碍疗效良好，副作用少。

Abstract: 【Abstract】 Objectives To study on the effect of cranial electrotherapy stimulation(CES) in the treatment of child Tourette's syndrome. Methods 45 subjects with Tourette's syndrome were observed before and after the treatment, measuring by scales of Yale Global Tie Severityb Scale( YGTSS), Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS). Results After 4-weeks therapy, the effect rate of body tic is 91%, and vocal tic is 88%. The difference between pre-CES and pro-CES are significant. Conclusion The effect of CES is well and less of side effect.
