STABLE technology application in transport of critically neonates care

摘要 【摘要】目的探讨在危重新生儿转运护理中应用“STABLE”技术对转运成功率的影响。方法对2011年1月至2012年3月转运的危重新生儿498例资料进行分析。结果498例新生儿平均转运时问为(1.7±1.1)小时;需要氧疗133例(26.7%),其中气管插管48例(9.6%);转运前后低血糖、低体温、低氧血症、低血压并发症的差异有显著性(P<0.05)。498例新生儿均转运成功,无一例转运途中死亡。结论在危重新生儿转运护理中应用“STABLE”技术可增加转运成功率、降低转运途中新生儿死亡的风险。

criticallv neonates care.Methods Retrospective analyse 498 neonates who were transporled belween Jan 201 1 and Mar 2012.Results The average transporting time is(1.7±1.1)h;oxygen therapy 133(26.7%),endotracheal intubations 48(9.6%);there were significant difference in the occurrence of hypoglycenfia,hypothermia,hypoxenfia and hypotension(P<0.05).No one died in the transporting.Conclusion Thestable technology can increase the Success rate of transporl and reduce mortality in transporl.
