摘要 胎儿肺循环阻力较体循环阻力高,呈肺动脉高压(pulmonary arterial hypertension,PAH)状况。新生儿出生后血液循环从“胎儿型”过渡至正常“成人型”,肺循环压力和阻力下降,但有多种疾病可引起此过程障碍或逆转,致肺血管阻力持续增高,伴有体循环血管阻力正常或者下降,肺动脉压超过体循环动脉压,动脉导管和(或)卵圆孔水平右向左分流持续存在,称为新生儿持续性肺动脉高压(persistent pulmonary hypertension of newborn,PPHN),又称为持续胎儿循环(persistent fetal circulation,PFC),表现为机体持续缺氧和发绀,最终导致危及生命的循环、呼吸衰竭[1-3]
