表皮角质套膜的形成及相关疾病 研究进展

摘要 皮肤是人体最大的器官，是与外界接触的第1道屏障。广义的皮肤屏障包括表皮屏障、脂类屏障和免疫屏障等诸多方面；狭义的皮肤屏障通常指表皮屏障，尤其是角质层物理性或机械性屏障结构。皮肤屏障结构和功能障碍与多种皮肤疾病的病理过程相关。表皮屏障最主要的物理性结构是位于表皮角质层的角质套膜（cornified envelop，CE）。角质套膜是角质形成细胞终末分化的产物，是存在于表皮内的一层紧靠胞膜内面并包绕着细胞质的、由角质套膜结构蛋白高度交联的不溶性膜结构。角质套膜在提供抵御外界机械张力、防止病原微生物入侵、防止体内水分电解质流失和外界水分渗透中有重要作用。本文就角质套膜的形成及相关疾病的研究进展进行综述。
