摘要 【摘要】 目的  探讨微视频结合情景模拟游戏应用于先天性心脏病患儿的效果。 方法 选择2017 年
3 月至2019 年3 月徐州医科大学附属徐州儿童医院收治的先天性心脏病患儿98 例,按照随机数字表
法分为两组,各49 例。对照组行常规干预,观察组行微视频结合情景模拟游戏干预。对比两组干预前
后患儿家属对疾病相关知识掌握度、患儿焦虑情绪、诱导期合作程度及患儿麻醉诱导时生命指征情
况。采用独立样本t 检验进行统计学分析。 结果  干预后,观察组与对照组患儿家属的饮食知识
[(17.3±2.1)与(13.6±2.4)分]、用药知识[(17.2±2.3)与(13.2±2.3)分]、手术过程知识[(16.7±2.0)与(12.7±2.0)分]、康复护理知识[(17.0±2.1)与(12.6±2.0)分]、家庭护理知识[(17.4±2.0)与(12.7±1.9)分]掌握度得分比较,观察组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组患儿入手术室的焦虑评分[(30.2±3.2)与(37.3±3.5)分]、麻醉诱导时的焦虑评分[(31.3±3.5)与(41.8±4.4)分]比较,观察组均低于对照组P<0.05)。观察组患儿麻醉诱导期合作程度评分低于对照组[(2.6±1.4)与(7.0±1.8)分,P<0.05]。麻醉诱导时观察组与对照组的收缩压[(96.3±3.1)与(103.5±3.2) mm Hg,1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa]、舒张压[(59.4 ±2.8)与(62.7±2.9) mm Hg]、心率[(111±12)与(125±16)次/min]、呼吸[(30±3)与(35±3)次/min]比较,观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论 术前应用微视频结合情景模拟游戏对先天性心脏病患儿进行干预,可缓解患儿焦虑情绪,提升患儿合作程度及患儿家属对疾病相关知识的掌握度,值得推广。

Abstract: 【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of micro video combined with scenario simulation game
on children with congenital heart disease. Methods A total of 98 children with congenital heart disease
admitted to Xuzhou Children's Hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were enrolled in the study.
According to the random number table, the patients were divided into two groups, 49 cases in each group. The control group received routine intervention, and the observation group received micro video combined with scene simulation game intervention. Before and after the intervention, the children's family members' mastery of disease-related knowledge, the children's anxiety, the degree of cooperation during the induction period and the children's life indication during anesthesia induction were compared. Independent sample t test was used for statistical analysis. Results After the intervention, the scores of dietary knowledge of the family members [(17.3±2.1) vs (13.6±2.4) points], medication knowledge [(17.2±2.3) vs (13.2±2.3) points], knowledge of surgical procedures [ (16.7±2.0) vs (12.7±2.0) points], rehabilitation nursing knowledge [(17.0±2.1) vs (12.6±2.0) points], and home nursing knowledge [(17.4±2.0) vs (12.7±1.9) points] were different statistically between the observation group and the control group. The score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The anxiety scores of the children at the time getting into the operating room [(30.2±3.2) vs (37.3±3.5) points] and the anxiety scores during induction of anesthesia [(31.3±3.5) and (41.8±4.4) points] were different statistically between the observation group and the control group. The score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The score of cooperation in the observation group during the induction of anesthesia was lower than that in the control group [(2.6±1.4) vs (7.0±1.8) points, P<0.05]. During induction of anesthesia, the systolic blood pressure [(96.3±3.1) vs (103.5±3.2) mm Hg, 1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa], diastolic blood pressure [(59.4±2.8) vs (62.7±2.9) mm Hg], heart rate [(111±12) vs (125±16) beats/min] and breathing [(30±3) vs (35±3) beats/min] were different statistically between the observation group and the control group. The value of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The preoperative application of micro video combined with scenario simulation games to intervene in children with congenital heart disease can relieve the children's anxiety, improve the cooperation of the children and the understanding of the disease-related knowledge of the children's families, which is worthy of promotion.
