摘要近几十年来，我国在降低严重的不良出生结局（如神经管畸形、死胎、死产和新生儿死亡）的发生率上取得了重大成就^［1］，然而，其他不良出生结局的发生率仍然较高，甚至有逐年上升的趋势^［2-6］。根据生命历程理论，成年期的慢性疾病可能起源于生命早期多种不良暴露因素及其在生命历程中的不断积累。本文旨在对不良出生结局（出生缺陷、早产、低出生体质量、巨大儿）与成年期慢性疾病和死亡关联研究的进展、潜在的作用路径进行综述，为预防和降低慢性疾病的发生、提高全生命周期的人口健康水平和为公共卫生实践提供科学依据。
