摘要　患儿，女，生后42 h，因“生后心率快”入住西安市儿童医院新生儿重症监护室（neonatalintensive care unit, NICU）。患儿系第1胎第１产，胎龄36+1周，胎心率230次/min，行剖宫产娩出，出生体质量2 920 g。Apgar评分9-10-10分，生后心率200次/min，心电图示心房扑动（以下简称房扑）2∶1下传，外院给予物理刺激迷走神经、口服联合静脉注射普罗帕酮，仍有房扑（图1），静脉注射去乙酰毛花苷，心率降至140次/min，心电图示窦性心律（以下简称窦律），转入我院。
