Abstract 【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the experience of nursing cooperation in robot-assistedlaparoscopic upper urinary tract operations for children. Methods From March to December 2017,clinical data of 140 cases with robot-assisted laparoscopic upper urinary tract surgery were collectedand analyzed retrospectively. The nursing cooperation announcements of the preoperative preparations, prepared supplies, the layout of operation and position placement were summarized. Results A total of103 cases were male and 37 were female in 140 children. Of that the average weight was (18.1±15.0) kg,
the weight of 39 cases was ≥ 40 kg and the other weight of 101 cases was <40 kg. The average placementtime for surgical position was(13.8±5.1)min. All surgeries were carried out by Da Vinci robotsuccessfully without conversion to open surgery, the postoperative complications and difficulties of surgeryoperations caused by improper placement and the layout of operation were not happened. ConclusionsA good surgical layout and patient positioning are important premise for the carrying out of robot-assistedlaparoscopic upper urinary tract surgery. A good surgical layout is beneficial to the communication and
cooperation in the operation for the surgical team. A good patient positioning is beneficial to take advantageof robotic surgery, operate flexibly for the operator, cooperate effectively for the assistant accompanyingmore safe and effective for surgery.
