Abstract 【Abstract】Myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) is a prevalent hematologic disorder, with its incidence
steadily increasing. Zebrafish, as an established model organism in biomedical research, has been extensivelyutilized for investigating various diseases. This review specifically focuses on the research of blood diseasesin zebrafish in recent years, the study of MDS in mice, rats and zebrafish and the application of animalmodels, showing the important role played by zebrafish models among them.
