objectiVes
To
investigate
the
pulmonary
function
change
in
premature
with
bronchopulmonary dysplasia(BPD)．Methods According
to the
diagnostic criteria of bronchopulmonary
dysplasia，sixty premature neonates bom<34 weeks of gestation were divded into BPD gmup(n=30)and contml
group∞=30)．Their
tidal lung function was detected when
they
were
ready to be discharged f如m hospital and
body weight>1．8kg．The
dif玷Itnce between two
groups
was
compared．Results VPEF，VE(23．96±6．1 3)％
and TPEF厂rE(21．03±7．20)％in BPD
gmup
were lower than those in control
gmup(P
the
obstructiVe Ventilatory defect．PTEF of BPD gmup was
higher
than that of contml
gmup．
In other
parameters
of tidal
lung fhnction，there
were no dif耗rnces between the two
gmups．ConcIusion
The pulmonary{hnction
change of premature neonates with bronchopulmonary dysplasia indicated the obstmctive ventilatoIy
def套ct．
The changes renects
