Abstract 【Abstract】A neonatal with nevus lipomatosus cutaneous superficialis was reported. There was no
abnormality in the maternal history and family history. A strep-like mass about 10.0 cm×0.5 cm×0.5 cm
on the top of the right head was found at birth, which fell off spontaneously after ligation. The neonate was follow-up for 3 months and showed no recurrence, with a good prognosis.
