Abstract Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of mifepristone therapy in endometriosis.Method Divide 56 cases of patients suffering endometriosis in our hospital from Jan.2012 to Jan.2014 into observation group and control group randomly,each group contains 28 cases and both of them accept distinguish doses of oral mifepristone therapy.The doses for observation group and control group are 5.0mg/d and 12.5mg/d respectively,lasting for 6 months.Then make a conparison of clinical efficacy,recurrence rate and saftey between the two groups. Results There is no significance of the total effective rate and recurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05);the adverse reaction rate of treatment group is lower than that in reference group(P<0.05). Conclusions The efficacy of two kinds of doses of mifepristone is equivalent,however the small dose therapy represent less adverse reactions,which should be widely applied.
