Abstract 【Abstract】Biliary atresia is characterized by hepatic fibrosis and inflammation in portal area of newborns,infected by virus in the perinatal period was considered to be an important cause. The abnormal immuneregulation plays an important role in the process of biliary atresia, T lymphocytes plays a key role in immunedisorder, severe inflammation and production of autoantibody. This article reviewed the research progress ofdifferent subtypes of T lymphocyte and their characteristic in Biliary atresia
