新生儿Rh 血型不合溶血病1 例

摘要患儿男，因“皮肤黄染5 h”于2017 年11 月8 日入住原解放军第三〇二医院新生儿科。患儿胎龄37⁺⁶ 周，2017 年11 月7 日11:25 分顺产娩出，出生时脐带正常，羊水Ⅱ度污染，胎膜早破11 h，胎盘未见明显异常，Apgar评分1 min 10 分、5 min 10 分，出生体重3 040 g。生后开奶，奶粉喂养，首次纳奶10 ml，2 ～ 3 h 一次。生后20 h发现皮肤黄染，出生医院进行经皮胆红素检测，额头值
为326.61 μmol/L，胸部值为377.91 μmol/L，无发热，无嗜睡、惊厥，无易激惹。患儿母亲孕1 产1，血型“O 型，Rh（Rhesus Macacus）阳性”。孕早期发现甲状腺功能低下，口服左甲状腺素钠片治疗，孕期监测甲状腺功能正常。
