摘要 近年来，随着高龄产妇的比例升高以及辅助生殖技术的推广，双胎妊娠的发生率与单绒毛膜双胎的发生率均呈逐年递增趋势，单绒毛膜双胎导致的特殊并发症与围产儿脑损伤的关系备受关注。既往研究显示，新生儿窒息会导致脑损伤，近年来大量研究显示，只有小于10% 的脑瘫由产时窒息引起［1］，大部分患儿的脑损伤在宫内已经形成［2］。部分单绒毛膜双胎接受宫内治疗，治疗前后围产儿脑损伤问题引发关注，其预后特别是对新生儿脑损伤的影响成为产儿科医生关注的焦点。现将国内外关于单绒毛膜双胎妊娠合并特殊并发症与围产儿脑损伤的关系进行综述.
