婴幼儿肠衰竭的治疗现状与展望

摘要
小儿肠衰竭（intestinal failure，IF）曾为致命性疾 病，但随着其越来越受重视、治疗方法越来越多、效 果越来越好，因此，目前被认为是一种治疗复杂但 可存活的疾病。IF 主要发病在婴幼儿期，这是一个 困难和机会并存的时期。一方面婴幼儿多个器官 未完全发育成熟，患严重疾病导致抵抗力低下，所 以治疗过程中会面临比成人和青少年更大更多的 困难，另一方面婴儿期处于小儿快速生长发育期， 肠道也有代偿性生长的潜能，这为肠康复治疗提供 了机会。现阶段，婴幼儿IF治疗依然存在一定困难， 需要更多的高质量研究来探索适合婴幼儿 IF 的治 疗方案，以改善预后、提高生活质量。
