摘要 
哺乳动物早期胚胎发育是指卵母细胞受精并发育到囊胚的整个过程,雌雄配子在受精后发生迅速重编程形成全能性细胞,重获分化为个体各种类型细胞的潜能[1-5] 。早期胚胎基因组处于沉默状态,前几次卵裂是由储存在卵母细胞中的母源因子所调控的,直至合子基因组激活(zygotic genomeactivation,ZGA),胚胎发育的调控由母源因子向胚胎基因组转换,此过程称为母胚转换(maternalzygote transition,MZT)[6-9]。ZGA 对于个体发育具有重要意义,是胚胎自身基因组调控个体发育的动力,其发生机制的探究对辅助生殖与疾病治疗具有重大意义。
