摘要 肥胖症及其合并症是影响当今社会公共健康的主要因素之一，但其病因和病理生理改变至今仍复杂难解。随着减重与代谢手术的不断发展，手术已成为治疗肥胖及其合并症的重要手段，目前手术控制体质量及缓解肥胖相关合并症的疗效已得到广泛认可，手术例数呈指数级增长［1］。随着对肥胖症的进一步研究，手术方式的不断优化和创新是减重与代谢外科医生提升手术疗效的重点和热点。本文通过梳理减重与代谢手术的发展历程及术式演变，了解术式发展脉络，为未来手术方案的优化提供参考。
