摘要 
目的 探讨感觉统合训练对运动发育迟缓患儿大肌肉群动作发展水平及平衡能力的影响。方法  采用前瞻性随机对照研究方法,纳入 2024 年 5 月至 11 月邯郸市妇幼保健院收治的 3~6 岁运动发育迟缓患儿 88 例,采用简单随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=44)和试验组(n=44)。对照组患儿予以常规运动训练,试验组患儿在对照组基础上增加感觉统合训练。干预前后采用儿童感觉统合评分量表、大肌肉群动作发展测试第3版(Test of Gross Motor Development-3,TGMD-3)及Berg平衡量表(Berg Balance Scale,BBS)对患儿进行评估。统计学方法采用独立样本 t 检验、配对样本 t 检验、秩和检验和χ2 检验。结果 干预后,试验组感觉统合评分为(46.35±5.24)分,高于对照组的(35.29±7.30)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。干预后,试验组移动性动作(单脚跳、前滑步、立定跳远)得分分别为 3(2,4)分、1(1,2)分、1(0,2)分,球类控制性动作(原地拍球、击固定球、地滚球)得分分别为 1(1,3)分、2(2,3)分、2(1,4)
分,总分为 24(17,26)分;对照组上述指标得分分别为 2(1,2)分、0(0,1)分、0(0,1)分、0(0,1)分、1(1,2)分、1(1,2)分、20(12,22)分,试验组均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P 值均 <0.05)。干预后,试验组立位平衡、动态平衡评分及总分分别为(26.73±1.25)分、(14.24±3.73)分、(42.51±5.86)分,均高于对照组的(21.66±2.04)分、(12.77±2.14)分、(38.99±6.13)分,差异均有统计学意义(P 值均 <0.05)。结论  感觉统合训练对运动发育迟缓患儿有益,不仅能提高感觉统合能力,还能对大肌肉群动作发展水平及平衡能力的提高产生积极影响。

Abstract: 
Objective To explore the effect of sensory integration training on the development level of gross motor movements and balance ability in children with motor developmental delay. Methods This study was a prospective randomized controlled trial. A total of 88 children aged 3 to 6  years with motor developmental delay admitted to Handan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from May to November 2024 were included and randomly divided into the control group (n=44) and the experimental group (n=44) using a simple random number table. The control group received conventional motor training, while the experimental group received sensory integration training in addition to the conventional training. The children were evaluated before and after the intervention using the Sensory Integration Rating Scale, Test of Gross Motor Development-3 (TGMD-3), and the Berg Balance Scale (BBS). Statistical analysis was performed using independent samples t-test, paired samples t-test, rank sum test and χ2 test. Results After intervention, the sensory integration score of the experimental group was (46.35±5.24) points, which was higher than (35.29±7.30) points in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.001).
After intervention, the scores of mobility skills (one-footed jump, forward slide step, standing long jump)
in the experimental group were 3 (2, 4) points, 1 (1, 2) points, and 1 (0, 2) points, respectively; the scores of ball control skills (ball bouncing in place, hitting a fixed ball, ground ball rolling) were 1 (1, 3) points, 2 (2,3) points, and 2 (1, 4) points, respectively, with a total score of 24 (17, 26) points. The corresponding scores in the control group were 2 (1, 2) points, 0 (0, 1) points,0 (0, 1) points, 0 (0, 1) points,1 (1, 2) points, 1 (1,2) points, and 20 (12, 22) points. All indexes in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference were statistically significant (all P<0.05). After intervention, the scores of static balance, dynamic balance and total score in the experimental group were (26.73±1.25) points, (14.24±3.73) points and (42.51±5.86) points, respectively, which were higher than (21.66±2.04) points, (12.77±2.14) points and (38.99±6.13) points in the control group, and the differences were all statistically significant (all P<0.05). Conclusion Sensory integration training can benefit children with motor developmental delay by improving their sensory integration ability and positively influencing the development level of gross motor skills and balance ability.
