摘要 先天性胆总管囊肿是一种可治疗性疾病，但在临床上并不是均以腹痛、黄疸及腹部肿块为主要症状，临床诊断相对困难。如果并发穿孔，需要全面鉴别诊断，一旦确诊，及时手术，选择合适的手术方式对疾病的预后至关重要。
