摘要  近年来,随着人类生活方式发生的巨大改变,不孕不育的发生率呈逐渐上升趋势,人类生殖功能的降低已成为严重的公共卫生问题。环境中某些天然存在的物质,特别是洗涤剂、增塑剂、多氯联苯、药物、农药及塑料等生产过程中产生的副产品、污染物及其降解产物能够产生一系列环境内分泌干扰物,因其存在的普遍性和可能的生殖毒性引起了人们的特别关注[1]。大多数环境内分泌干扰物在生物体内往往同时具有类雌激素和抗雌激素作用的双重活性,通过干扰机体正常的内源性激素的合成、分泌、代谢、转运及结合,与其相应受体而发挥作用,不仅可以引起男性生殖系统的损害和功能异常,如精子畸形率升高、精液量和精子数减少、精子活动度降低、睾丸和附睾萎缩等,还可以使女性发育、生殖、心血管、神经和免疫功能受到影响[2-4]在环境内分泌干扰物中,双酚A 和三氯生应用最为广泛,因此本文将这两种化合物在机体中的检出
率、分布,对卵巢激素合成的影响及可能的机制,对卵子发育成熟过程的影响及相关机制,对胚胎植入的影响及相关机制进行综述。
