Consensus on Placental Transfusion
摘要 20 世纪60 年代前，新生儿出生时多予以延迟脐 带结扎（delayed cord clamping，DCC）。此后，由于担 心产妇产后出血，生后立即结扎脐带（immediate cord clamping，ICC）迅速成为了操作标准，但ICC 缺乏循 证医学证据支持。近年来，围产医学各专业对DCC 和脐带挤压（umbilical cord milking，UCM）［1］ 进行的 多项研究证实，胎盘输血对新生儿有多项益处［2-5］ ，不 增加产妇产后出血风险［6-7］ 。
