摘要 男性不育症(male infertility)是指在没有采取任何避孕措施情况下,存在1 年以上正常性生活,因男方原因未能使女方自然受孕的一类情况,是一种由多种因素造成的病症,包括遗传异常、生理功能障碍、内分泌疾病、免疫功能紊乱、泌尿生殖系统感染等,同时年龄、精神压力、肥胖、吸烟和饮酒等因素也与男性不育症有关。由于地域、宗教文化、卫生资源差异等原因,全球范围内目前尚未形成对男性不育症发病率的准确统计,2002 年一项关于全球夫妻生育情况的调查研究数据显示,男性不育症占到15%[1]。2015 年Agarwal 等[2]对全球男性不育症数据的分析中发现,不同地域和人种的男性不育症比例为2.5%~12%,数据还显示在非洲以及中、东欧的男性中,其不育症发病率最高。2018 年Mehra[3]回顾性分析了美国某地区4 年117 979 例男性精液结果,男性不育症发病率高达45%,其中少精子症占22%、弱精子症占11%、无精子症占12%。因此对精子质量的研究成为提高男性生育能力的重要手段而逐渐成为关注热点。
