摘要目前，全球尚无胎龄<24 周出生的生存极限早产儿（periviable extremely preterm infants，PEPI）救治的相关指南，且各区域、各救治中心PEPI 的存活率和救治质量存在较大的差异。为提高PEPI 的生存率和生存质量，本文根据国内外的救治经验、观察性研究、生理学知识推断以及对较成熟胎龄早产儿研究的“邻近证据”，总结此方案（建议），以供各救治中心在实践和研究中参考。

Abstract: Currently, there are no global guidelines for the treatment of periviable extremely preterminfants (PEPI) born at a gestational age of less than 24 weeks. The survival rate and quality of treatment of PEPI vary greatly among different regions and treatment centers. In order to improve the survival rate and quality of life for PEPI, this paper summarizes the following guidelines based on treatmentexperiences, observational studies, inference from physiology knowledge, and evidence from studies on more mature preterm infants around the world. It is intended to provide references for various treatment centers in their practices and research.
