Abstract: 【Abstract】With the increasing severity of global obesity, early-onset obesity has become an important public health problem. Childhood obesity not only affects growth and development, it can also lead to a series of mental and physical health problems and increase the risk of obesity and related chronic diseases in adulthood. Early-onset obesity, as an important manifestation of hypothalamic syndrome, has received widespread attention in recent years. With the rapid development of gene sequencing technology, more andmore genes related to early-onset obesity have been revealed, providing a new perspective for the related research of hypothalamic syndrome and early-onset obesity. This article will review the research progress onthe gene correlation between hypothalamic syndrome and early-onset obesity, provide reference for furtherunderstanding of the related to hypothalamic syndrome and early-onset obesity, and provide new ideas for future treatment strategies.
