Abstract: 【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the relevant literatures on the transport of critically ill children at home and abroad by CiteSpace software, and explore the research hotspots and dynamics in this field. Method Relevant literature was retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) and Web of Science, and the search time was from January 1, 2014 to June 1, 2024. The CiteSpace bibliometric method was utilized to conduct visual analysis on authors, institutions and keywords, and draw maps such as author co-occurrence, institutional co-occurrence, keywords co-occurrence, keyword clustering and emerging words.Result From 2014 to 2024, the overall number of published articles in Chinese has been higher than that in English at home and abroad. The highest number of Chinese published articles was Xue Yingying, while the highest number of published articles in English was Ramnarayan. Internationally, most publishing institutions were universities, whereas in China, hospitals contributed the majority of publications. There was close collaboration abroad but no author group had been formed, and collaboration among domestic scholars was relatively sparse. In the ast 10 years, research had focused on the transfer of premature infants, the construction of regional transfer networks, and the prevention of adverse events. Conclusion There are similar research hotspots in China and abroad, but the breadth and depth of domestic research on the transport of critically ill children need to beimproved. Future research urgently needs to promote interdisciplinary integration and focus on core issues in this field.
