摘要 目的 探讨腹腔镜辅助下疝囊高位结扎术式处理大龄儿童腹股沟斜疝的疗效。方法 选取2010 年1 月至2014 年1 月期间本院收治的7 466 例0~15 岁的腹股沟斜疝患儿，按照年龄段进行分组，将大于5 岁的患儿作为研究组，小于5 岁的患儿作为对照组。所有患儿均采用腹腔镜辅助下疝囊高位结扎术式，观察其治疗情况和复发率。结果 研究组与对照组的手术和住院时间以及术后复发率比较差异均无统计学意义。结论 对于大龄儿童的腹股沟斜疝患儿，腹腔镜辅助下单纯疝囊结扎术治疗，有良好的临床效果。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopic high ligation of pediatric inguinal hernia in elder children. Method A total of 7466 patients aged from 0 to 15 years old with inguinal hernia from January 2010 to January 2014 in our hospital were collected. The patients were divided into a study group(from 5 to 15 years old) and a control group (from 0 to 5 years old). All patients had received laparoscopic high ligation of pediatric inguinal hernias, and the clinical outcomes between the two groups were compared. Results There are no statistical differences in the operating time, hospital time and recurrence rate between the two groups. Conclusions Laparoscopic high ligation of pediatric inguinal hernia in elder children have good clinical outcomes which are identical to that of younger children
