Guidelines for construction and management of Neonatal Units in China(Recommendations)
摘要 【新生儿病房的基本定义】 （一）病房形式定义：新生儿病房形式可以根据医院实际需要和区域卫生规划设置为新生儿病室、新生儿病区或新生儿科。其中：新生儿病室是儿科或其他科室病区中与其他专业共用护理站的新生儿住院单元。新生儿病区是设有独立护理站的新生儿住院区域。新生儿科是由医疗机构直接领导的设有专门病区的独立临床科室。 （二）病房分级定义：依据新生儿病情复杂、危险程度对诊疗护理水平的需求，以及与之相适应的资源配置、组织管理、诊疗技术等方面的条件和能力水平，新生儿病房可以分为I 级、II 级和III 级。I级为新生儿基础护理病房；II级为新生儿特别护理病房，根据其是否具有短时间辅助通气的技术条件和能力分为II 级a 等（简称IIa ）和II 级b 等（简称IIb ）；III 级为新生儿重症监护病房（NICU ），根据其是否具有常规儿童外科等专业支撑，以及高级体外生命支持的技术条件和能力分为III 级a 等（简称IIIa ）、III 级b 等（简称IIIb ）和III 级c 等（简称IIIc ）。具体定义见附件1，建设标准见附件2。
