摘要 1 概述 导致新生儿死亡的主要原因有早产、感染、窒息、先天畸形等。随着新生儿复苏技术的推广普及和对重要脏器支持治疗的进展，如肺表面活性物质的使用、优化机械通气策略以及体外膜肺（ECMO ）等高级生命支持技术的应用，新生儿的存活率得到明显改善［1，2］ 。为了提高早产儿的存活率，有效防止或减少早产儿的神经损伤也成为人们关注焦点。美国流行病学资料表明：小于1 000 g 早产儿神经损伤的发生率呈上升趋势，其中脑瘫发生率为5%~15% ，认知障碍或学习障碍发生率为25%~50% 。因此，提高早产儿存活率并降低伤残率，从而优化早产儿的生存质量是目前早产儿管理的首要目标，也是当今新生儿医学和发育儿科学所面临的具大挑战 ［3］ 。
