| Pay attention to the treatment of extremely premature infants in mainland China |

|
摘要 超早产儿（extreme premature infants，EPI）是指出生胎龄<28周的早产儿，由于器官发育极不成熟，易出现多种合并症，死亡率和致残率均很高。在我国EPI长期以来被归于晚期流产儿范畴。但随着早产儿救治技术的发展，EPI存活率和远期预后均有明显改善。尤其是在美、日、欧等发达国家与地区，EPI的存活率已达到极高水平，远期生存质量也有明显改善［1］ 。我国近年来随着围产医学的长足发展，尤其是经济发展带来的NICU建设浪潮，EPI救治和存活的比例也有明显提高。但相较发达国家，我国作为人口大国，得到救治的EPI比例仍极少，整体管理水平依然较为低下，存活率和生存质量也明显存在差距，需要我国围产工作者对EPI救治予以高度关注。
