摘要 第一章 总则 第一条 为加强危重孕产妇救治中心建设与管 理，建立完善区域性危重孕产妇转会诊和救治网络， 提高危重孕产妇救治能力和服务质量，保证救治服务 的及时性和安全性，降低孕产妇死亡率，制定本指南。 第二条 危重孕产妇救治中心设置应当充分利 用现有医疗资源，原则上依托综合救治能力较强的医 疗机构，或产科实力突出且与其他医疗机构建立了多 学科诊疗协作机制的妇幼保健院或专科医院。 第三条 危重孕产妇救治中心承担辖区危重孕 产妇的救治、会诊和转诊工作，并对下级救治中心开 展技术指导和双向协作。
