侧脑室扩张对胎儿发育的影响

The influence of ventriculomegaly on fetal development

摘要 胎儿侧脑室扩张（ventriculomegaly ）是产前超声检查最常见的中枢神经系统异常表现。临床将侧脑室体部宽度≥ 10 mm 定义为侧脑室扩张［1］ 。轻度侧脑室扩张多与其他系统疾病有关，孤立性轻度侧脑室扩张的预后较好，多数不会在妊娠期进展；非孤立性轻度侧脑室扩张的预后取决于伴发的畸形程度。重度侧脑室扩张与脑脊液循环受阻有关，预后极差。妊娠期侧脑室宽度持续增大的胎儿，表现出更高的中枢神经系统异常的风险。本研究对近年胎儿侧脑室扩张的相关研究进行综述。
