摘要 足月儿是指在预产期的前3周及其后2 周，即孕周为37+（0/7）~41+（6/7） 周出生的新生儿，该定义在1970 年的第二届欧洲围产医学会被确定，以后未再变动。然而，对于足月儿来说，5 周的时间跨度过大，不能很好地区分不同阶段的特点。近年来，越来越多的研究表明，即使胎龄满37周出生的新生儿，随着胎龄的增长，其临床近期、远期预后也存在明显不同。美国妇产医师协会［1］ 于2013 年11 月将足月儿划分为3 个阶段：早期足月儿，胎龄为37+（0/7）~ 38+（6/7） 周；完全足月儿，胎龄为39+（0/7）~40+（6/7） 周；晚期足月儿，胎龄为41+（0/7）~41+（6/7 ）周。与完全足月儿相比，早期足月儿在呼吸系统、消化系统、神经发育等方面具有独特特征。我们通过文献复习，以进一步了解早期足月儿的流行病学与生理及疾病等特征。
