摘要 遗传性肾小球疾病（hereditary glomerular diseases）是指发病具有一定的遗传基础( 基因)， 遗传学检查具有一定独自的遗传特征的肾小球疾 病。由于诊 断困难，根据发病年龄、临床表现、 组织形态学、病理生理学和遗传学特征进行分类 受到一定的限制，使其分类具有复杂性、多因性 和交叉性。
