摘要血尿（hematuria）是指尿中有超过正常数量的红细胞。正常尿液经1500 r/min 离心5 分钟后，弃去上清，将沉渣0.2 ml 混匀后涂片镜检，在高倍镜下观察红细胞的数目，正常<3 个，或尿沉渣计数<8000 个/ml。血尿是儿科常见症状，常提示泌尿系疾患，临床上需进行定性和定位分析其病因，以指导治疗。
