摘要

新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病（hypoxic-ischemicencephalopathy，HIE）是由围产期急性缺氧缺血导致的新生儿脑损伤，在发达国家发病率为（2 ～ 3）/1 000，而发展中国家高达（10 ～ 20）/1 000^［1］。尽管低温治疗技术在患儿生后 6 h 内的应用，使中重度 HIE 患儿预后有显著改善，但 HIE 仍是足月新生儿神经发育障碍、癫痫、脑瘫甚至死亡的主要病因^［2］。因此，如何在短暂的时间窗内精准地选择低温治疗的获益人群、对亚低温及抗惊厥药物进行细致的规范化管理、科学地评估 HIE 患儿远期神经系统预后，仍然是新生儿神经重症监护单元的工作核心，而连续脑电监测技术在其中发挥了不可或缺的重要作用。
