摘要患儿男，因“生后 10 分钟气促”于 2017 年11 月 30 日收入山东省聊城市人民医院新生儿重
症监护病房。患儿胎龄 37+6 周，本院剖宫产娩出，出生体重 3 100 g，出生史无异常。患儿母亲 30 岁，
妊 4 产 3，第 1 胎为女孩，出生后曾患皮疹，未予治疗，现 6 岁，体健；第 2 胎为男孩，出生后即死亡，原
因不详。孕妇自述此次妊娠中期患“水痘”，自行痊愈，平素体健，否认红斑狼疮等风湿病家族史。
