摘要　2019 年4 月，广东省佛山市顺德区某医院发生一起医院感染暴发事件（以下简称顺德事件），导致多名新生儿死亡^［1］。虽然，肠道病毒感染所致重症患者主要为新生儿等免疫功能低下的人群，目前尚未列为法定管理的传染病；但其之凶险以及我们在
认知和对策方面的模糊，所得教训同样刻骨铭心；更何况每年随着我国气候变暖，自南向北会逐渐步入肠道病毒流行季节。痛定思痛，我们新生儿科医疗人员要在新一年的夏季到来之前抓好新生儿科肠道病毒的医院感染防控的准备工作，以免重蹈覆辙。
