先天性食管闭锁围术期的护理管理

Nursing management in peri-operation period of congenital esophageal atresia

摘要 先天性食管闭锁（congenital esophageal atresia，CEA）是胚胎时期食管发育过程中空泡期发生障碍而引起的一种畸形。其发病率为1∶2 500～3 000，是需要紧急处理的外科疾病。多见于早产未成熟儿，主要临床表现为纳奶时呕吐、青紫、呛咳和呼吸困难等，并常伴有心血管系统、泌尿系统等其他畸形。多通过手术方式进行食管修复治疗。对患儿采取优质的围术期护理管理，可降低术后并发症和死亡率，提高患儿术后生存质量，现将其护理要点综述如下。
