摘要　根据《中国出生缺陷防治报告 (2012)》的数据显示，我国出生缺陷儿的发生率为 5.6%，每年新增出生缺陷儿约 90 万例^［1］。先天性肛门直肠畸形（congenital anorectal malformations，ARMs) 是小儿外科常见的消化道畸形，发病率约为 1/5 000 ～1/1 500，居先天性消化道畸形首位，男性发病率略高于女性^［2-4］。ARMs 种类繁多，表型广泛复杂，从单纯的肛门狭窄到复杂的泄殖腔畸形^［5］，约有一半左右的 ARMs 患儿会同时合并有泌尿、生殖、心血管、骨骼等多器官系统异常^［6-7］，严重影响患儿长期生活质量。因此，深入探寻 ARMs 的发病机制、畸形伴随的病理改变以及如何在胚胎早期进行干预和治疗，是目前亟待解决的问题。
