摘要 患儿，男，因“发绀、呻吟 1 小时”于 2017 年5 月 14 日 9 ：00 收入广西南宁市第二人民医院新生儿科。患儿系第 2 胎第 2 产，胎龄 40 周，于当日7 ：00 外院顺产娩出。出生时羊水清，脐带、胎盘无异常，1、5、10 分钟 Apgar 评分分别为 9、10、10 分，出生体重 2 750 g。生后 1 小时，患儿出现唇周发绀，伴轻微呻吟，呼吸稍急促，伴腹胀，从外院转入我院。
