摘要 患儿男，因“超早产儿，生后呼吸微弱 2 小时”于 2016 年 10 月收入广东省第二人民医院儿科。患儿为试管婴儿，第 4 胎第 2 产，胎龄 26+2 周，经阴道分娩，出生体重 920 g，羊水清。生后呼吸微弱，Apgar 评分 1、5、10 分钟分别为 8、9、10 分，给予气管插管。其母诊断为“先兆流产、妊娠期糖尿病 A1 级、瘢痕子宫、体外受精 - 胚胎移植（IVF-ET）术后”，既往有 2 次流产史。否认近亲婚配。
