| Multiple congenital contractures: a case report |

摘要 患儿女，因“羊水过多，胎儿生长受限，先兆早产，可疑胎儿窘迫”于 2016 年 7 月经剖宫产娩出。患儿系第 3 胎第 3 产，出生胎龄 35+3 周，出生体重1 560 g，可见四肢关节挛缩。患儿母亲平素体健，孕期规律产检，彩超检查未见异常。妊娠 16 周唐氏筛查提示高风险，无创 DNA 检测、基因芯片检查及有创产前诊断均未见异常。妊娠中期出现胎儿生长受限、妊娠期糖尿病。分娩前胎心监护提示可疑胎儿窘迫。家族 3 代以内无特殊病史。
