摘要 目的 提高宫颈妊娠诊断率，改善宫颈妊娠预后。方法 通过对协和医院收治的一位宫颈妊娠患者的诊治过程进行报道，并结合文献复习。结果 B 超或者 MRI 等检查几乎可以诊断宫颈妊娠，误 诊的病例往往因不恰当的操作增加阴道流血。结论 完善 B 超、MRI 等影像学检查，明确宫颈妊娠 诊断，避免盲目宫腔操作，UAE 等手段也明显改善宫颈妊娠预后

Abstract: Objective To improve the diagnosis rate,of thus avoid uterine bleeding caused by the unessary uterine operations . Method Report a specific case in Peking Union hospital, and citerture review. Results The detection like B-ultrasond and MRI can almost diagnose the cervical pregnancy, and the cases misdiagonsed always have longer uterine bleeding suffering. Conclusions A clear diagnosis through some imaging examinations such as B-ultrasonad and MRI ,and then some clinical ways like UAE can improve the prognosis of the cervical pregnancy.
